In this paper, based on the cognitive map (CM) of cryptocurrency usage in financial markets, developed by Romanenko et al., models of impulse processes with multirate sampling are applied to describe the dynamics of fast and slow measurable coordinates of the CM nodes in the form of systems of difference equations (Roberts equations). Control subsystems with multirate sampling for the fast and slow measurable node coordinates are developed to stabilize them at given levels under the effect of random disturbances. External disturbances include various informational influences that affect the cryptocurrency application system, while mutual influences of related subsystems of CM impulse processes are classified as internal disturbances.
